Unwanted Medication

 Returning ANY Unwanted Medication?

Please include:-
Any medicines that you no longer use
Medicines that are out of date

Please do not include: -
Sharps
Household poisons
Any other non-medical substances

Please tell the pharmacist or pharmacy assistant: -
If you are handing in any controlled drugs eg.

Diamorphine, Fentanyl, Methadone, Morphine, Oxycodone, Pethidine, Temazepam, etc

There are strict regulations which prevent the re-use of medicines once they have left a pharmacy. Un-used medicines cost the NHS millions of pounds each year. If you are uncertain whether you should still be taking a medicine or if you are having problems with your medication then please ask for a Medicines Use Review with one of our pharmacists.
