If you give us permission then your prescription
form can be passed directly
to
the pharmacy for dispensing.
When ordering a repeat prescription for direct collection from the
pharmacy, please place your repeat prescription in the collecting
box in the pharmacy. Alternatively you can e-mail your request to us
and we will pass it to the surgery.
Please allow one week from
your request before calling to collect your medication from the
pharmacy. |
